Historic Triangle

Historic Triangle Map

The Historic Triangle gave birth to the United States, and a huge nation grew from a tiny place in Virginia, in that same tiny place, Europeans, American Indians, and Africans first lived together and became the seed of the first American people.

Williamsburg

Williamsburg was the intellectual and revolutionary center of Virginia and the American colonies. Here the ideas of freedom and personal responsibility took root and grew. Virginians wrote of revolution with a force that the British could not stop, even with their army.
